Expectations & Characteristics of an EVOLVE 26 Company Member:
To be a part of EVOLVE 26 Company, a dancer must deny selfishness, accept reality, be open to critiques and committed to self-growth alongside supporting and growing with their teammates.
Must COMMIT to Evolve 26 Company Team- treated as a PRIORITY- Attendance is ESSENTIAL.
Must be physically fit with emphasis on healthy mind and body
Must be self-motivated and able to self-evaluate
Must have solid technical and performance skills
Strong desire to grow and develop as a dancer
Must have a sense of humor, bright smile, and positive attitude
Must have respect for the team and staff
Show support for the studio, teachers, and fellow dancers
Must have a supportive family base showing respect for teachers and students.
EVOLVE 26 Company will not tolerate judging others, as the environment provided is a JUDGMENT FREE ZONE.
EVOLVE 26 Company will not tolerate laziness or a negative attitude… one warning will be given if there is an issue followed with a meeting with the director. Any continuing problems, will result in the dancer being asked to resign from the team.
Our environment is a DRAMA FREE ZONE, any violators will be asked to leave, you can bring that somewhere else! It will not be tolerated anywhere near this facility.
Social Media is a huge deal to our company and it will be monitored… How you act outside of our doors, what you post, everything you do- you are representing the BRAND, EVOLVE 26 and our COMPANY.
Any photos/videos to be posted, must first be approved with Mason before posting them, and recording in the studio is NOT allowed unless approved with Mason.
