“We can EVOLVE if we focus on our talents and work hard TOGETHER. We must always remind each other to ‘BELIEVE IN YOURSELF’’. We practice like we have never won, and we perform like we have never lost.”

What does being a part of EVOLVE 26: THE COMPANY do for a dancer?

Competing against the finest teams allows our teachers and students the opportunity to be inspired by the talent across the country.  This is how our brand and company is continuously improving and evolving with the times, while also challenging ourselves to grow to new heights.  Students who wish to pursue dance professionally, have an opportunity to grow and develop their performance skills through our dance company team.  Competition/Conventions allow the dancer to perform more frequently and teaches them the importance of thriving under pressure. Evolve 26 Company is required to attend conventions throughout the season, giving our dancers the opportunity to take class from teachers who are currently working professionally.  Being a part of our company team helps a dancer gain confidence while also becoming a well-rounded, well-trained performer.

Although THE COMPANY may seem like a big financial investment / time commitment; dancers who want to have a future in the dance industry will be thoroughly prepared for the path they choose to pursue after being apart of EVOLVE 26: THE COMPANY. (Examples of different paths one may choose to pursue, in the dance industry, may include, but are not limited to: Commercial work and back up dancing, Broadway, any Prestigious Dance College to further one’s dance studies, Contemporary or Ballet Concert Companies, College Dance Team (LSU Tiger Girls, LSU Golden Girls, etc.), Choreographer, or any related dance teacher or coach).
